Twenty-seven new members buys this flour mill.
No more stale, rancid flour that’s been in a warehouse for months! You won’t believe the taste difference in items made with freshly ground flour. Wheat berries store much longer than flour, so no food waste, either.
Eventually we’ll get a second mill to use only for gluten-free foods.

Fourteen new members buys this shelf kit of portion-control, gravity-fed bulk bins. (We need eight to start with.)
This new style of bulk bin eliminates food waste, mess, and contamination. Customers get a set amount per turn of the dial, rather than the free-for-all, open-faucet style previously available, and hands never touch the food in the bins.

Seven new members buys four of these compact carts.
These compact and sturdy two-level carts will fit in the market’s small space very well.
(We tried to buy Shopko’s when they went out of business, but they were already sold. Do you have some available and in good repair? Leave a comment!)

Time for a bulk order!
Please reply to this post or send an email ASAP if you're interested in participating in a bulk order for steak burger, grains, and beans. (And possibly spring greens.) We need to order a certain amount of each to make it worth the time and effort, so the board is trying to gauge interest first.
You can check out what will be available to order on the website. YOU CANNOT ORDER RIGHT NOW. We just need to know if you'd like to participate and roughly how much you'll get.

Earth Day every day!
Be part of the solution. Become a member of a market that supports producers who work hard to make meaningful, measurable, and impactful change. They’re the ones who: produce food without toxic chemicals (insecticides, fertilizers, herbicides); with reduced or nonexistent packaging; and in ways that actively sequester carbon and improve our living soil and waterways.
